BEER OF THE MONTH

Toriaezu, biiru! (First and foremost, a beer!). Rice has been a staple ingredient in Japanese brewing for millennia, giving beers a lighter colour, taste and body, making them refreshing with low bitterness. Lightly hopped, this ultra dry, super crisp lager is an easy drinker that will keep you coming back for another glass. Kanpai!
Full size serve, full strength, but without the carbs.
Japanese Rice Lager is lower in carbohydrate and lower in bitterness. This easy drinking, full strength beer is a perfect thirst quencher for the carb conscious beer lover.

Made with Syrah from Frankland River and Grenache from Swan Valley, this spicy, fruit-driven blend is an elegant, medium bodied wine displaying juicy red fruits, hints of sweet jube and soft tannins.
Hand-picked, partially whole-bunch fermented, and aged for 12 months in old French oak, this small-batch release (only 500 bottles) is unfined and unfiltered, keeping it pure and full of character.
Exceptional drinking with a perfectly grilled steak on Monday nights at Besk.

This bitter aperitivo is an epic example of some of the rarest and ancient ingredients on earth, native to the coastal rainforests of Australia.
With a backbone of native plums, rhubarb and strawberry eucalyptus, supercharged with a Grenache blend, this aperitivo is the answer to your cocktail needs.
Juicy, vibrant and racy - this little guy is perfect in your next Negroni, or with a splash of soda and sparkling wine for some spritzy refreshment.
