BEER OF THE MONTH

  • A huge 11% imperial stout packed with maple, pecan, and rich chocolate fudge flavours. It’s thick, smooth, sweet, and basically tastes like liquid dessert in the best way possible. Rich roasted notes and a subtle bitterness keep it balanced and dangerously drinkable.

Wine OF THE MONTH

  • A smooth, fruit-driven Cabernet Blend packed with dark cherry, blackberry, mint, and subtle cigar-box notes. Made in Ningxia, China’s top wine region from Biodynamic fruit grown at extraordinary altitude, it’s fresh and polished with soft tannins and just enough oak to add depth without overpowering the fruit. Bright, layered, and seriously easy to enjoy, it’s a red that punches well above expectations.

Spirit OF THE MONTH

  • Rich caramel, warm vanilla, and all the unctuos nostalgic baking spices.

    Made in Western Australia from caribbean aged rums, it’s full-flavoured without being overly sweet, making it just as easy to sip neat as it is to mix. Warming, smooth, and packed with character, this is the kind of spiced rum that disappears quicker than expected.
